LISA PALMER, Psychotherapist and Occupational Therapist

Change happens when we accept and integrate all aspects of ourselves. Do you want to make space for change this year? What would it take to step into your life and your relationships with more ease and joy?

Lisa is a psychotherapist working from relational, gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioural frameworks. I work with individuals to explore, and try out, new ways of seeing or doing things in their lives. At the heart of my approach is collaboration, creativity, and inclusion of the language of the body. During a session I invite you to bring all parts of yourself into the treatment, and look at your struggles and strengths with greater self-compassion, and responsibility. By developing awareness we can work toward your desired changes in relationship with yourself and others, and bring more ease and lightness into your life. I offer a 15 minute phone call free of charge to discuss your hopes for therapy.

Harmeet graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and teaching clinic in 2009. She began her career at GoodLife Platinum Club [King and Yonge location] where she treated a variation of clients: business professionals, athletes and gym enthusiasts. Common conditions she treated include sprains/strains, chronic pain, headaches, general relaxation, TMJ , pirifornis syndrome, shin splints and many more.

Although her expertise lies in treating migraines/headaches, pelvic pain [having suffered from both as a young adult] and other chronic pain syndromes, Harmeet’s passion for healing through touch is what makes her such a magnetic force in this industry. She has has a strong following of clients that have grown and moved with her over her six year career.

In her spare-time you can find Harmeet performing with her improv troupe at the Lower Ossington Theatre, riding her bike and snapping pictures all around the city or simply grabbing a bite to eat with her favourite person at Burgenator, in Kensington Market … And if you can’t find her there she’s most likely wrapped up in her grandfather’s blanket watching Netflix or football.
